Provider Complaint Analyst Jobs in Arkansas

Maintains department standard for loading of provider demographic data with affiliation and contract assignment.

Audit loaded provider records for quality and financial accuracy and provide documented feedback.

Ensure that provider information is loaded accurately to allow for proper claims processing, outbound reporting and directory processes.

Generates provider data reports and analyses to support internal client needs including network management, sales, account management, and other key functions.

Experience using software such as GeoNetworks strongly preferred.

Provider data experience is strongly preferred.

Must also have strong skills in SQL and SQL queries.

Ensure complaint meets department requirements prior to transferring complaint to the legal manufacturer for investigation

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Medical Device Complaint Handling

Experience completing device complaint investigations and reportability determinations

Ability to manage multiple cases in parallel to ensure timely completion of activities

Experience with Combination products is a plus

Experience working Trackwise and Argus is a plus

Customer service experience, including communications over the phone and through written channels.

Must have high comprehension skills.

Review customer complaints, analyze the issue, document, and sort related issues.

Review customer complaints in audio, transcribed calls, letters, and emails.

Review existing client documentation to ensure smooth reconciliation of past complaints.

Recent college graduate from an accredited four year school.

Knowledge and application of computer systems for word processing and complaint management.

Identification of potentially reportable events and notification to appropriate functional groups and management.

Knowledge of global regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical, medical devices and combination products.

Ability to work with cross-functional teams and to interact effectively with peers, management, and customers.

Assure complaint records meet global requirements.

This requires good analytical skills, technical writing and good documentation.
