Prospect Research Associate Jobs

Partner with prospect development colleagues to manage and respond to prospect management-related support requests that are directed to the team.

Partner with colleagues to make recommendations and draft proposals for developing and/or modifying PAE Prospect Management Policy & Process Guidelines.

Assist the Associate Director in setting short and long-term goals and priorities for the prospect management (moves management) program.

Any equivalent combination of experience, training and/or education approved by Human Resources.

Professional work in prospect research or prospect management in a fundraising/development or other professional work environment.

Data Integrity & Information Management (50%)

Knowledge of CRM systems; experience in Salesforce NPSP a plus

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work-related experience

3 + years of experience in research; ideally in donor and prospect research

Experience working with quantitative/qualitative data

Experience utilizing donor prospecting research tools, donor modeling and a sense of curiosity

Effective verbal and written communication skills

Excellent time management skills to prioritize and execute multiple deadlines.

Assist with other Salesforce activities including reporting and event registration management.

Maintain guidelines and policies for accurate and ethical management of donor and prospect information.

Collaborate with different colleagues to support database hygiene and maintenance efforts, including duplicate management and process improvements.

Experience using Salesforce is preferred.

Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
