Minimum of five (5) years' experience in graphic arts for television preferred

Must have knowledge of Photoshop

Knowledge of VIZrt, After Effects, and Premiere is a plus

A strong knowledge of local communities, issues and newsmakers is a plus

Create opening graphics, promotional elements, weather graphics and other visual needs across platforms

Assist with set design and the creation of materials for marketing and sales.

3-5 years of experience in graphic design

Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web

Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, and other graphic design software

3 – 5 years of graphics and web design experience

Experience designing web pages and digital media to support public and government websites

Experience designing web pages and digital media that are Section 508 compliant

Strong organizational skills, including the ability to manage several projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Pursue endless opportunities to acquire new skills related to software, animation, and design.

Maintain awareness of industry trends in design, technology, and media platforms. Use that knowledge to push your creative boundaries.

Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate creative concepts.

Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality, Unreal Engine experience is a plus!

Chyron or related, relevant workflow experience a plus!

Create & Manage design needs such as presentations, signage, sales activation material, and templates

Past experience as either an in-house designer or at a marketing agency. (We require work samples to apply for this position.)

Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

DAILY AND WEEKLY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Ø Ability to offer solutions to Instructional Designers and conceptualize and produce quality graphics based on script/storyboards.

Ø Strong oral communication skills.

Ø Familiarization with ADL SCORM and ADA Section 508 compliance requirements is desired.
