Overview Proposal Admin Assc is responsible for providing administrative support to the proposal team. This includes preparing and submitting proposals, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring that all proposal documents are accurate and up to date. Detailed Job Description Proposal Admin Assc is responsible for providing administrative support to the proposal team. This includes preparing and submitting proposals, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring that all proposal documents are accurate and up to date. The Proposal Admin Assc will also be responsible for tracking and monitoring proposal deadlines, ensuring that all proposal documents are properly formatted and organized, and providing administrative support to the proposal team. Job Skills Required• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• At least two years of experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of proposal writing and submission processes
• Knowledge of government and private sector proposal processes
