Property Maintenance Inspector Jobs in Iowa

Perform administrative requirements, such as collecting property data and forms and reporting to Thompson Thrift Residential VP Property Management.

10 years experience in commercial facility management and multi-family would be a plus, new construction and/or renovation.

Ensure property compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements and education.

Assist Property Management with capital improvement project specifications.

Formal technical training and/or equivalent job experience in heating, air conditioning required.

Knowledge of property HVAC units, mechanical, electrical equipment, plumbing fixtures, structural facilities and grounds required.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Coordinates Operation Check Flight (OCF) requirements with applicable Company departments.

High school diploma or equivalent with an FAA Airframe and Powerplant license with at least 3 years of related experience.

Experience using a computer to look up information and input data.

Previous experience as an A&P mechanic or airline experience.
