Two years of property or apartment maintenance experience.

Knowledge of carpentry, dry-wall, painting, basic plumbing, basic HVAC, electric, etc.

Completes make-ready process of vacant units as directed by the Property Manager, including repairs, cleaning and painting.

After hours availability in the event of an emergency.

Ability to lift 50+ pounds and climb ladders.

Education (minimum requirements): Basic Electricity 1 & 2 or equivalent. High-School Diploma. Electrical Trade School Certificate Preferred.

Experience (minimum requirements): 3– 5 years of previous electrical experience.

Starting rate up to $33.00 per hour and up based on experience

Eligible for annual & skill-based wage increases

Knowledge of Electrical components of Thermo-formers, Extruders, Crystallizers and Dryers preferred.

Must be able to effectively communicate with managers and co-workers

Participate in monthly operations review through management by objectives and results

Within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience.

Responsible for preparing annual property budgets, maximizing net operating income, and continually adding value to the assets.
