• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the property, including maintenance, tenant relations, and financial management.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize the value of the property.
• Manage the budget and ensure that all expenses are within budget.
• Ensure that all legal and regulatory requirements are met.
• Develop and maintain relationships with tenants, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor the performance of the property and take corrective action when necessary.
• Prepare reports and presentations for management and other stakeholders.
• Negotiate contracts and leases.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract tenants.
• Ensure that the property is in compliance with all safety and security regulations.

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in property management.
• Professional certification in property management (e.g. Certified Property Manager).

• Knowledge of safety and security regulations.
Job Experience
• 5+ years of experience in property management.
