Project Mgmt Coordinator Jobs in Texas

5 years' experience in clinical and/or managed care required

Oversee and develop the processes and procedures for Utilization Management unit of the health plan

Assess trends for future opportunity for improvement in utilization management

5 years' experience in pediatrics preferred

Bachelor's degree in nursing required

RN license from the Texas Board of Nursing or the Nursing Licensure Compact required

Leads process improvement and change management programs with measurable outcomes

Well-versed in SDLC, program management practices, and change management methods

Manages financial and vendor operations, including forecasting, reporting, synergies, and capex/opex

Ample experience as the owner of financial planning, forecasting, reporting, reconciliation, and improvements for vendors and a global technology organization

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Develops insights and iterative improvements using data-driven analysis, engagement strategies, and listening to and understanding our stakeholders.
