Follow up on punch list needs and return dates

5 years’ experience building high-end CUSTOM homes; out of town experience welcomed Job stability is a must

Experience with Microsoft Office and computer savvy

Polished communication and client focused mentality

Prepare staffing requirements, schedules, budgets and fee projections

Leadership, communication, marketing, negotiation, and problem-solving capabilities

Technical knowledge of high-density infill, Type V and Type III projects

Extensive technical knowledge of building systems, codes, regulations and construction standards

Comprehensive knowledge of industry drawing standards and production techniques

Three to five years experience in assisting with all phases of a project.

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).

Proficiency in construction management software and tools.

Prepare and manage project documentation, including contracts, RFIs, change orders, and progress reports.

Minimum of 2 years' experience in high-end, luxury residential construction projects within New York City.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail.

Lead, develop, and implement effective communication, performance management, and strategic skills needed to achieve Company, Department, Team, and project goals.

Project Manager training and/or certifications

Manage critical projects, delegate projects, and engage in design as necessary

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience

12+ years of engineering experience with 6+ years managing teams

Strong leadership and team building and engagement skills as well as excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills

Experience with customer relationship management.

Interact with Community Sales personnel to manage community performance and customer activities.

Ability to control cost overruns and manage a budget.
