1-3 years of Assistant Project Management experience - want someone they can help shape

Degree in a construction related field (Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture)

Base salary up to $90,000 (based upon experience)

3-5 years of Project Management experience on $5-15 million construction projects

Immediate management position overseeing Project Engineers|Above market average base salary, bonuses, and car allowance

BS OR MS degree in Engineering or Construction Management

Or equivalent combination of education and experience

Strong technical and communication skills are critical

Knowledge of Procore, Microsoft Office (preferred)

Assists Project Managers with budget control and cost management, as assigned

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or academic/experiential equivalent

Specialize in large healthcare, education, multi-family, senior living, corporate offices, light industrial work.

Assists Project Managers in securing governmental and regulatory agency

Tracks and manages subcontractor submittals. Reviews submittals for compliance with Construction Documents. Follows-up and resolves submittal review

Tracks and manages Requests for Information (RFI's). Follows-up and resolves RFI issues.
