Proficiency in project management, collaboration, and reporting tools, such as Microsoft Teams, Project, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Assist the Vice President of Administration in the planning, execution, and monitoring of various projects and initiatives.
Prepare regular status reports summarizing project progress, key performance indicators, risks, needed decisions, and recommended actions.
