Bachelor's Degree in Building Science, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field.
Detailed knowledge of the construction process, budgeting, accounting and procurement in order to manage a construction project
Complies with all internal reporting procedures and policies related to budget, contract administration, and other project-related requirements.
Manage all submittal approvals, RFIs, RFPs, PCOs, Material Procurement.
Certified Construction Manager (CCM) preferred, but not required.
Uses good judgment when communicating with the client; thinks through the message in advance and offers ideas to achieve common goals.
