Project Builder Jobs

Work with Purchasing, Estimating, Quality, Production Management and Land Development to resolve problems and coordinate activities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (performs other duties as assigned)

Obtain appropriate state building license as required. Pursue continuing education as it pertains to the profession.

Oversee and manage daily activities of field labor crew where required.

Maintain schedule for each building according to a designated start schedule in assigned neighborhood(s).

Maintain all records and field ledgers as required by the Company, both manually and electronically.

Strong time management, communication and organization skills.

Knowledge of building codes, residential construction concepts, and practices.

Preferred: Direct customer relations/warranty support experience.

Walk homes daily to ensure plan accuracy, conduct quality control inspections and ensure schedule adherence.

3+ years in residential and/or multi-family construction.

Ability to read building plans, analyze problems and recommend and implement solutions.
