Program Manager Operations Compliance Jobs

Working knowledge of laws, regulations, and risk management practices for financial services.

Thoughtfully delegate tactical responsibilities and set performance expectations across the organization.

Minimum of 3 years experience working with global outsourcing providers and senior leadership.

A BA/BS degree in business, finance, and other related fields.

Advanced degree in business, finance, and other related fields.

Experience with and/or keen interest in cryptocurrency.

5-8 years of program management experience, including leading significant cross-functional, high-level initiatives.

Highly developed verbal and written skills, ability to facilitate planning and review sessions with senior management.

Manage development, implementation, and monitoring of compliance and risk management activities.

8-10 years’ business or industry experience.

Strong negotiating, influencing, and advocacy skills, ability to lead others both internally and externally to ensure the success of the program.

Ability to navigate political issues using advanced organizational knowledge.

Bachelor’s degree in an Aviation, government, or judicial related field; Combination of Education and Experience will be considered

In coordination with Manager, Regulatory Compliance and QA, takes lead on regulatory compliance issues and investigations involving operations groups

Participates in safety meetings and continuing education programs, maintaining close liaison with the FAA, NTSB and industry organizations and associations

Provides oversight to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and established internal standards

4+ years of experience working for a Part 121 air carrier

Demonstrated abilities in self organization, self-starting work ethic
