Manage BMS and PMO-defined governance, processes, tools, methodologies, and resources to drive consistency across POD reporting
Effectively track, report and address portfolio and project issues and risks with the right stakeholder engagement (directing 2-4 project/program managers)
Strong partnership with Finance on all budget related items - incremental headcount, actuals vs forecasted on all spend across all pods
Key interface across PMO with various leaders - Sales, GTM, Marketing, HR and Finance to summary status for each pod area.
Attend weekly POD meetings to understand status of deliverables, milestones and any obstacles and any interconnectivity/interdependencies across PODS
Continually and proactively assessing the current process and feedback from key leaders providing recommendations on continuous process BMS improvement

The PMO Lead will also be responsible for developing and maintaining program management processes and procedures, and providing guidance and support to the program teams. The PMO Lead will also be responsible for monitoring the progress of the program teams and ensuring that the program teams are meeting their objectives and delivering the desired outcomes.
