They are responsible for helping students develop their skills, knowledge, and abilities in order to achieve their goals. Detailed Job Description A Professor Mentor is responsible for providing guidance and support to students in their academic and professional pursuits. They must be able to assess the student’s current level of knowledge and skills, and provide appropriate guidance and support to help them reach their goals. They must be able to provide advice on course selection, career paths, and other academic and professional matters. They must also be able to provide feedback on student performance and progress.
