Second Shift: 2pm - 12:30pm (four 10 hour shifts)

$80 per week of perfect attendance

Assist Warehouse Manager with fleet stock, tools, materials, supplies and equipment

Promptly reports any problems with company vehicle or tools

Prepare heating and cooling systems for installation and stage project orders for install teams

Verify all orders processed meet individual specifications (i.e., grain size, type, quality, etc.)

Grind, sift, mix, de-crumble, and/or dry salts using a variety of different machinery

Process orders accurately, on time, and move completed pallets to the next stage of production

Work with hanging, sorting, folding, and moving 2200# salt totes

Record data by inputting into databases

Machine fill and label packaged salt totes to the required specifications

Inspect, sort, and palletize trays, sleeves, bags, pallets, and lids

Identify damaged or unusable equipment

Ensures cleanliness of all assigned work areas

Performs other duties as assigned

Ability to identify all parts associated with sorting

Ability to identify damaged or non-conforming stock

Forklift experience, certification is a plus!

1-3 years of relevant professional experience in warehousing, product assembly and/or dispatch

SAP knowledge (sound knowledge of the Enterprise Resource Planning system SAP)

Packing goods safely for transport

Check goods (quantity / quality)

Delivery reliability / delivery punctuality

Skills, Education And Experience Required

Ability and working knowledge of Windows system, and Microsoft applications (intermediate Excel Skill preferred)

ISO and IATF compliance knowledge and experience preferred.

Education: associate degree required; bachelor's preferred.

Experience: At least One (1) year of successful experience in a Manufacturing Group Leader position.

Coordinate work and staff of 3 order demand lines.

Communicate effectively with coworkers and related shifts.

Stack parts on pallets or in bundles and mark with pertinent information from the work order, for delivery or storage.

Remove small cut parts from the burning tables by hand when needed.
