Product Strategy Lead Jobs in Iowa

3+ years of product management experience

Lead and coordinate issues management, oversight of MSIF remediations, process and procedures, risk and control review & testing, and process optimization

Support the line of business through project management of cross-functional strategic initiatives across all areas of Laurel.

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, information systems management or equivalent preferred

Strong Microsoft PowerPoint and excel skills and experience

Manage key risk discipline and governance activities across multiple products in coordination with multiple business and risk partners

Management or matrix management experience required.

15+ years of experience in a development role at pharma or biotechnology company, included clinical development.

Experience in oncology or oncology immunotherapy clinical trials and development required.

Development Team leadership or equivalent experience required.

Local (San Francisco Bay Area) strongly preferred. Remote option available (office hours are PST) with regular travel to Bay Area.

Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
