Product Planning Manager Jobs

Build and manage product planning tools that tie directly to and support financial plans while driving global product strategies.

Manage and communicate planning and reporting against multiple overlapping seasons of product creation calendars.

Experience in product forecasting, statistical modeling, and/orstrategic planning

High organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.

Build reporting and business analysis on a monthly, seasonal, annual cadence to directly support product planning and strategic implementation.

Ability to use various planning, managing, reporting tools (PLM systems, Tableau, Power Bi, etc…).

5+ years’ general Merchandising product experience, including 2+ years’ experience as a Product Manager or equivalent combination of education and experience

Project management skills including ability to create individual action plans and timelines, and complete action items in a timely manner

Large scale SaaS/platform implementation or management

Framework/ways of working implementations (Ex, move from waterfall to Agile methodology. Business process management to product management)

Forecasting and Retail planning experience

Experience working collaboratively with engineers, data analysts, solution & domain architects

6-8+ years of relevant experience in the biopharmaceutical industry including a minimum of:

Strong scientific knowledge and clinical acumen; able to understand and translate science into commercial insights and strategic recommendations

Outstanding strategic planning, creative problem solving, and quantitative/analytical skills

Exceptional interpersonal, collaboration, and verbal and written communication skills

Collaborate with multiple functions to construct the development, market entry, and integrated program strategies for 3 highly visible assets. Specifically:

Provide commercial and strategic input for go-to-market strategic considerations for the P3 INSIGHT trial

Responsibile for asset management of digital files (downloading and organizing content from CINC and agencies).

Typically requires general and/or vocational training plus 2 to 4 years of related experience.

FileMaker Pro knowledge is a plus.

Excellent verbal and written skills.

Ability to manage multiple concurrent deadlines.

Coordinate and monitor product inventory control (Filemaker Pro Database, sample fulfillment and tracking).

A minimum of 5 years’ experience in product management or a related field

Excellent planning, organizational, problem-solving, time management, and communication skills

Other product management tasks as required

Excellent documentation skills along with in-depth knowledge of product strategy

Write requirement specifications (UI, navigation, backend logic, security and licensing)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
