3-4 years of proven work experience as a UI Designer, or similar role

Near Native English skills - spoken and written

Hands-on experience with image editing and digital sketching software, like Photoshop, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other prototyping software.

Strong design system building skills.

Self-starting and able to manage deadlines while working on team projects

Portfolio of related works (e.g., logos, animations, and graphics) – required for application

Experience with product management methodologies including techniques for identifying customer needs, effective roadmap planning, and data analysis.

Drive execution: Manage teams to develop products through development, regulatory clearance, and commercial release.

Strong interpersonal skills and can communicate your ideas effectively.

Experience as a sonographer highly desirable.

Experience conducting clinical validation of medical devices a plus.

Customer and market needs: Understand and prioritize customer needs and monitor market landscape to inform the product strategy.
