3+ years experience in project management

With the squad, accountable for developing and achieving product level KPIs. Manages product(s) with high degree of strategy, scope, and complexity.

Works daily with the agile working group clarifying business requirements, removing roadblocks, constantly communicating, and supporting alignment around product strategy.

Owns and maintains the product backlog and is accountable for its contents and prioritization. Accountable for clear, actionable user stories.

Participates in squad/team demos, retrospectives, and all other ceremonies.

Analyzes and reports on feasibility, cost of delay ramifications, economies, or other aspects of planned or potential changes to the product.

Product backlog management using Rally or Jira

Technologies (candidate should have some knowledge/skill in these areas)

Collaborates with product managers, scrum masters and engineering leads to conceptualize and develop cloud services.

Translate product business requirements into specific technical features and user stories (working with scrum teams and engineering leadership team.)

Experience collaborating with engineering leaders, architects, outbound PM/Marketing and development teams to realize your product vision

Minimum 2 years' experience as a software product manager

Solid background in infrastructure product management including procurement, cloud operations, & environment validation

Major Tasks, Responsibilities And Key Accountabilities

Partners with Finance to understand financial needs and assists in the creation of business plans for new opportunities

Fosters collaboration with team members (Engineering, User Experience Designers, etc.) to drive value and collectively identify and resolve impediments

Experience with Cloud/SRE Principles is a plus

Knowledge of project management tools and software.

Manage and create design flows.

Lead cross-functional working sessions to discover and prioritize product experiences.

Author detailed user-centric requirements that position development teams for success.

Collaborate with program managers to align work with other teams to ensure delivery.

3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role.

3 to 7 years of Product Management experience delivering world class software or capabilities

Deliver best in class experiences and enabling capabilities that delight customers and win in the market

Experience of identifying customer problems, roadmap prioritization, writing detailed requirement documents, managing a backlog and maintaining thorough documentation.

Leverages qualitative and quantitative data to measure results, inform roadmap and achieve benefit, adoption and financial results

Strong execution skills, with a focus on driving results

Experience writing hypotheses, experimenting, and following a “build, test, iterate” approach
