Product Legal Counsel Jobs

Conduct legal product reviews and maintain an inventory of features, technology, data, and compliance requirements.

10 or more years applicable experience; admission to a state bar.

In-house experience as a product counsel at a technology company with artificial intelligence/machine-learning experience strongly preferred (bonus points for SaaS experience).

Sense of humor, excellent interpersonal skills, business judgment, strategic thinking, superior work ethic, flexibility and ability to work independently.

Understand and stay up to date on U.S. and international laws and regulations related to Zoom’s products and services.

Provide pragmatic day to day and strategic advice to minimize legal risks while advancing business goals and initiatives.

Significant experience drafting and negotiating technology transactions and handling complex IP-related legal issues.

At least a few years of the candidate’s total years of experience should be from the in-house legal department.

Substantive expertise in intellectual property law and experience negotiating complex global agreements, including technology partnerships, software licensing, SaaS subscriptions and marketing.

Substantive experience in privacy counseling.

Provide practical legal advice and support on business matters in a fast-paced environment.

Current member in good standing of a U.S. state bar.
