Leadership experience in a creative design capacity, helping a team execute on multiple quick turn projects at one time

Experience working with Product Designers as well as Marketing and Branding

Experience working with a Design System

You are excited at the chance to shape the skills, minds, and trajectories of the newest generation of Designers.

You have at least 3 years of industry experience with Product Design (prior teaching experience a plus)

Flexible schedule and remote work (US & Canada preferred)

Provide 1-on-1 mentorship on your own schedule (minimum 5 hour commitment)

Work alongside Pathrise Mentors and learn how to best meet the needs and learning styles of your fellows

The flexibility to work 5-10 hours per week when business needs warrant

Familiarity with project management tools and processes

Learn from User Experience Research team, identify opportunities for generative and evaluative research projects, and assist with short and long-term tasks

Learn from and assist Product Managers (PMs) with deliverables; gain broader understanding of product development and engineering process

Create and effectively present user experience deliverables to key stakeholders

Experience designing web-based digital properties, and a deep understanding of how design affects the customer experience

Experience in responsive web design.
