Operates pallet jack to unload product from warehouse trucks and reloads trucks with return items.

Ensures dated product is stocked, rotated, or discarded properly if unsold.

Inspects product for quality and maintains quality control and food safety standards.

Collects empty cardboard boxes and other trash and places into bailer.

Has extensive Fresh Produce production and distribution experience.

Offers a tightly edited assortment of products that keep shopping adventurous and fun.

Is a skillful negotiator who is focused on obtaining the best value for our customers.

Input all freight information in the Inventory Management System.

Manage the receiving process. Verifies all merchandise deliveries

Communicate advanced or delayed shipping information to the General Manager and Executive Chef.

Similar experience in a restaurant setting

Ensures the proper receiving procedures are used for control of shortages.

Ensures an orderly and neatly maintained stock and receiving area.
