Procurement Contract Specialist Jobs in California

Comfortable working with various tools including MS Office, Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, and contract management and spend analytics tools.

At least 3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or contracting.

Previous experience reviewing SOW and RFI documents.

Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, negotiation skills and interpersonal skills.

San Francisco Bay Area - Remote

Ability to analyze financial reports, price proposals and other technical data.

Reviewing and monitoring contract requirements, terms, and conditions.

Certified Public Procurement Officer (CPPO) or Certified Professional Public Buyer (CPPB) certification from the Universal Public Procurement Council (UPPC).

Extensive service related procurement experience

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Review findings for accuracy, cost-effectiveness, adherence to standards, codes, and County policies and procedures; identify operational problems and formulate appropriate solutions.

Provide status reporting on contractual matters to HAEA Strategic Sourcing and Procurement Management

Familiarity with Conga Contract Management a plus

This role will report to the Manager of Strategic Sourcing

5+ years' experience in Information Technology procurement or contracting

Strong communication, planning and presentation skills

Perform contract review, drafting and negotiation with HAEA providers and in collaboration with HAEA General Counsel
