You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise, as well as developing and implementing new processes to improve our operations. Overview Process Maintenance Engineers are responsible for ensuring that all processes and equipment within a manufacturing plant are running efficiently and safely. They are responsible for troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise, as well as developing and implementing preventative maintenance plans. Detailed Job Description Process Maintenance Engineers are responsible for the maintenance and repair of all process equipment and systems within a manufacturing plant. This includes troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise, as well as developing and implementing preventative maintenance plans. They must also ensure that all safety protocols are followed and that all equipment is in compliance with applicable regulations. Process Maintenance Engineers must have a strong understanding of the processes and equipment used in the manufacturing plant, as well as the ability to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise. They must also be able to develop and implement preventative maintenance plans to ensure that all equipment is running efficiently and safely. Job Skills Required

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in process maintenance engineering
• Professional certification in process maintenance engineering (preferred)

• Knowledge of preventative maintenance plans
Job Experience
• 5+ years of experience in process maintenance engineering
• Experience troubleshooting and resolving issues

• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise with process equipment and systems
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance plans
• Ensure that all safety protocols are followed and that all equipment is in compliance with applicable regulations
• Monitor and inspect process equipment and systems to ensure they are running efficiently and safely
• Maintain records of all maintenance activities and repairs
• Provide technical support and guidance to other departments as needed
