Update the Refinery Risk Management Program (RMP) as needed

Working knowledge of and experience with engineering software is preferred. 

Professional Engineer registration, refinery or petrochemical industry experience, some or all of FCC, CCR, Alky

Provides discipline specific engineering assistance, direction and development assistance to colleagues

Solves technical problems related to projects and troubleshoots and updates report data for business unit(s)

Upgrades, designs, configures, maintains and monitors related equipment and performance

Manage deliverables for technology transfer

Tech transfer and/or process validation experience.

Familiar with FDA and EU regulations and GMP standards. Experience with agency filings and inspections is a plus.

Exceptional verbal and technical writing skills; ability to provide focus and clarity; able to handle confidential information and material appropriately.

Excellent organizational skills sufficient to multi-task in an extremely fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

Experience in gene therapy or viral vectors

Outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills to manage time and prioritize tasks.

Establishes technical fit into existing facilities and equipment layouts, identifies process requirements, recognizes efficiency and safety gaps and drives technical solutions.

BS Degree, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering, with three (3) years of process experience.

3+ years of Process Improvement experience using Six Sigma, Lean, 5S, Trend Analysis methodologies preferred.

Experience with Data Integrity principles for automation systems and audit trail data a plus.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, and people skills to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
