Private Credit Investment Associate Jobs

3 to 5 years of experience in accounting, fundamental credit analysis, or with a middle market lender

Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting

Keen interest in sustainable finance and the development of the social and environmental enterprise sector

Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills; ability to relate to a wide and diverse range of individuals and organizations

Undertake initial screening of inquiries and assessment of loan applications.

Assist with commercial and financial due diligence, performing market research and financial analysis, including review of historic and prospective financial information.

1+ years of private credit investment experience and/or investment banking (restructuring, special situations and corporate carveouts)

Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail

The specific objective of this position is to contribute to portfolio performance. Particular responsibilities include:

1-5 years of relevant experience in private credit, leveraged finance, investment banking, or a similar field.

Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field.

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.

Knowledge of credit markets, loan structures, and debt instruments.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex information to diverse audiences.
