You will be responsible for managing a caseload of pre-litigation personal injury matters, including evaluating claims, negotiating settlements, and providing legal advice. Overview A Prelitigation Personal Injury Attorney is responsible for representing clients who have suffered physical or psychological injuries due to the negligence of another party. The attorney will investigate the case, negotiate with insurance companies, and prepare the case for trial if necessary. Detailed Job Description• Investigate the facts of the case and review medical records, police reports, and other documents.
• Interview witnesses and clients to gather evidence and build a strong case.
• Negotiate with insurance companies to obtain the best possible settlement for the client.
• Prepare legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Advise clients on their legal rights and options.
• Keep clients informed of the progress of their case.
Job Skills Required
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of personal injury law and the legal process.
• Ability to think critically and analyze complex legal issues.
• Strong research and writing skills.

Job Qualifications
• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar.
