Manage client communication and apply client payments
6 months of legal experience minimum - preference will be given to experience in personal injury law
Law firm experience in personal injury ( highly preferred). Other areas of interest include mass torts, bankruptcy, and litigation.
Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook

Overview A Prelitigation Personal Injury Attorney is responsible for representing clients who have suffered physical or psychological injuries due to the negligence of another party. The attorney will investigate the case, negotiate with insurance companies, and prepare the case for trial if necessary. Detailed Job Description
• Investigate the facts of the case and review medical records, police reports, and other documents.
• Interview witnesses and clients to gather evidence and build a strong case.
• Negotiate with insurance companies to obtain the best possible settlement for the client.
• Prepare legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Advise clients on their legal rights and options.
• Keep clients informed of the progress of their case.
