Precision Machine Assembler Jobs

Six months to one years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or

$ 17.50 to $ 18.50 / hour

Various shifts available ( Monday through Saturday from 05:00am to 01:30pm )

Inspects product using calipers, micrometer, scales, templates, or other measuring instruments to verify conformance to blueprint or MO.

Removes (deburring process) small quantities of metal with hand files and scrapers from parts.

Additional duties as assigned by the Operations Manager and or Shop Lead.

Good communication skills and ability to understand verbal and written instructions.

‪Basic math and measuring skills a must

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

Experience in set up, maintenance, and troubleshooting equipment is helpful

$20 - $22 per hour, experience dependent

Work towards obtaining and maintaining J-STD-001 certification for wires and terminals

1-2 years minimum experience preforming high reliability terminations

Perform high reliability solder terminations through on the job training and guidance from department lead

Knowledge of using hand tools, power tools and measuring tools.

Sound knowledge of pneumatic diagrams and valves, ability of pipefitting and use of safe practices in the use of energy force.

Knowledge and ability of tuning feed systems for optimal performance.

Knowledge of proximity switches and fiber optic detectors – through beam, reflect. Setup of electronic pneumatic detectors.

Have a high school diploma, GED or equivalent education

Follow Lockout/Tag-out procedure; understand safety processes when commissioning equipment.
