Ensure the correct management (cleaning, care, replacement) of the products in the department.

Passion and knowledge of the managed product category

Manage sales and optimize each step of the sales process.

Accompany the customer to the cash counter, prepares the packaging and, if necessary, manages the payment.

Deal with complaints, eventually with the manager’ support.

Get deep knowledge of all the products in the assigned Product category.

Good knowledge of computer skills

High sense of responsibility, good communication and team working skills

Support the sales team when serving customers

Take products from stockroom or related area to salesperson

Processing orders from the sales team

Assist salesperson wrapping the merchandises.

Strong organizational skills, multi-tasking, and prioritizing capabilities

1+ years of experience in Merchandising

Experience in the Luxury industry preferred

Attention to detail, and strong written and oral communication skills

Make specific analysis required by the Director of Retail and Wholesale Merchandising;

Support in preparing the necessary analysis and documentation of the Master Order;
