Practical Nurse Program Director Jobs

Minimum of three to five years of academic program administration in an educational program of anesthesia with higher education teaching experience

Minimum of three to five years of leadership experience in higher education and clinical experience as a practicing CRNA

Identifies clinical cites that provide exceptional experiences that allow students to build on foundational clinical skills

Contributes to the scholarly body of knowledge in APRN or nurse anesthetist education and practice through research and scholarly publications

Current knowledge of CRNA practice and related professional issues

Ability to effectively manage all fiscal aspects of the program

Experience with Florida Board of Nursing program compliance and Accreditation Agency requirements

Education, Certificates, Licenses, & Experience

Supports the HSC Executive Director on general nursing education policy and program enhancements.

Develops annual strategic plan for future program offerings

Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.

Minimum 2 years previous administrative/leadership experience, preferably in the academic setting
