Overview Power Delivery Engineering Program Manager is responsible for managing engineering projects related to power delivery systems. This includes developing and implementing strategies to ensure the successful completion of projects, managing resources, and providing technical guidance to project teams. The Program Manager is also responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. Detailed Job Description
• Develop and implement strategies to ensure successful completion of engineering projects related to power delivery systems.
• Manage resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Provide technical guidance to project teams, including engineers, technicians, and other personnel.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and suppliers.
• Prepare and present reports to management on project progress and performance.
• Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the course of the project.
Skill Requirements
• Knowledge of power delivery systems and engineering principles.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in engineering project management.
• Professional certification in project management (e.g. PMP).
Knowledge
• Knowledge of power delivery systems and engineering principles.
• Knowledge of project management principles and techniques.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards.

• 5+ years of experience in engineering project management.
• Experience managing personnel, equipment, and materials.
