Portfolio Management Associate Or Senior Associate

Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, engineering, or economics, minimum GPA of 3.5 preferred.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an analyst for an investment firm, investment bank, consulting firm, or other similar professional exposure.
Experience with public market valuation concepts, including comparable analyses, NAV, etc. a plus.
Proficient use and knowledge of excel in order to support cash flow modeling and quantitative analyses and data aggregation.
Command of private equity and real estate valuation concepts, including DCF, IRR, NPV, cap rates, and replacement cost.
