Assist in writing of business requirements, testing and preparing documentation for the various strategic projects that PAG undertakes

Contribute on short-term, medium-term and longer-term strategic projects that focusing on improving the PAG's service offering and data quality.

Experienced performance measurement professional with 0-5 years of relevant experience including project experience

Experience in performing data analysis using SAS, preferably in trade remedies litigation support

Engaging with company management teams, sell-side analysts and academic researchers

Strong quantitative and analytical skills, including experience with applied statistics

Basic knowledge of economics and finance; coursework in computer programming is a plus

Initiative and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Excellent communication skills and desire to work in a team-oriented environment

Primary responsibilities vary, but will likely include:

Collaborating with the Legal and Asset Management departments to ensure the needs of the Corporation are fulfilled by this project

Intermediate coursework in finance, accounting, economics, or public administration

Knowledge of Federal, New York State, and New York City affordable housing programs is a plus

Accessing the City’s Automated Register Information System (ACRIS) to download and electronically file specific documents (ex: mortgage notes, regulatory agreements)

Reviewing these documents to record specific data into a spreadsheet

Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Microsoft Office
