Detailed Job Description Population Health Specialists are responsible for developing and implementing health initiatives that promote health equity and reduce health disparities. They work with healthcare providers, community organizations, and government agencies to identify health disparities and develop strategies to address them. They also work to create and implement health programs that promote health and wellness in the community. They may also provide education and outreach to the public on health topics, such as nutrition, physical activity, and disease prevention. Job Skills Required
