Cma Pool Manager Trainee Jobs

Perform other administrative and management duties as requested by managing agent and/or the board of directors.

Association Management: 5 years (Required)

Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities:

Work off and manage the monthly Action Item list.

Supervise or manage the amenities reservations and move in and outs from the building.

Be knowledgeable about governing documents and board policies and procedures.

Work shifts as a Pool Monitor to remain conscious of issues around the pool, with employees, and residents.

Interview and hire new employees.

Train and mentor new hires and continuation training of existing employees.

Ensure that pool area is being maintained and that employees are performing well.

Coordinate with employee's time off requests and make schedules for the season.

Ensure that the employees have what they need to do the job.
