Scenario planning, especially for long-range multimodal, freight, rail, and resiliency plans

• Proactive Maintenance planning and scheduling in line with defined work management processes weekly.

• Project development, planning and scheduling including weekly and quarterly planning.

• Establish and maintain a Portfolio Master Schedule including monitoring, status reporting and revisions as required.

• Develop, administer, and process Capital Applications (AICP’s) and Capital Expenditure Approvals (CEA’s) in SAP.

• Administration of projects, budgets, funding and closeout in SAP.

• Facilitate proactive development of Maintenance task list and supporting master data for planning.

Work from office or remote: Hybrid 3 days office 2 days home (Mon/Fri)

Develops, implements administer and participate in policy research and analysis.

Coordinates the implementation of policies and practices.

Establishes activity measures and measurements of accountability.
