Plush Designer Jobs

Experience with Project management software; Monday.com is a plus

Extensive Knowledge in Soft Goods, preferably in plush (toy), apparel, bags, bedding, etc

Lead all Costing negotiations for relevant lines and materials to meet/improve margin requirements. Extensive Cost Negotiations with Factories.

Factory (APAC) travel (yearly) to gain manufacturing experience and source new suppliers.

Manage QA/QC process by collaborating with external agencies for material testing, inline inspections, and final production QC

5+ Years of production experience in Soft goods (Plush toys)

Bachelor's degree in design or related field or relevant work experience

Experience in 3D plush design

Provide unique designs that fit within brand

Must be able to draw 3D renderings

Work cross-functionally with other teams

Multi-task while designing components of various projects
