Plating Manager Jobs

Effective time management skills with ability to prioritize work and multi-task when required.

Manage diverse, simultaneous projects of varying complexities and ensure that plating is focused on meeting and exceeding the customer requirements.

Intermediate computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft office suite, Mini Tab, & other Advanced Statistical Software.

Participate with company teams in meeting customer quality and delivery requirements.

Follow all International Standards that apply to the company’s certification and QMS.

Demonstrated team building and leadership skills.

Must have good motor coordination skills

Sitting, standing, climbing, walking, lifting, pulling and/or pushing

Carrying, grasping, reaching, stooping and crouching

Coordination of eyes, hands, and feet

Verbal intelligence and numerical intelligence

The workplace environmental conditions include subject to noise, heat, cold, injury exposures, and atmospheric exposures

2+ years experience in management position.

Manage Plating Lab technicians to ensure stable plating chemistry.

Ensure customer quality requirements are reviewed, understood, & met.

Prepare work instructions and the qualification and release of new part processes.

Manage precious metal consumption; submit the monthly consumption data for precious metal inventory or for project-related cost allocation.

5+ years experience in electroplating environment or wet chemistry lab.
