Overview The Pizza Hut Assistant Restaurant Manager Hourly is responsible for providing leadership and direction to the restaurant team in order to ensure the restaurant is meeting its goals and objectives. This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing the restaurant’s financial performance, and ensuring the restaurant is in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The Pizza Hut Assistant Restaurant Manager Hourly is responsible for providing leadership and direction to the restaurant team in order to ensure the restaurant is meeting its goals and objectives. This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing the restaurant’s financial performance, and ensuring the restaurant is in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The Assistant Restaurant Manager Hourly will be responsible for the following duties:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the restaurant staff
• Ensure that all customer service standards are met
• Monitor and maintain the restaurant’s financial performance
• Ensure that all safety and sanitation standards are met
• Train and develop restaurant staff
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels
• Ensure that all restaurant policies and procedures are followed
• Monitor and maintain the restaurant’s appearance
• Handle customer complaints and inquiries
• Handle employee relations issues
• Ensure that all applicable laws and regulations are followed

• Previous experience in a restaurant management role
