Pipeline Operators must be knowledgeable in the operation of pumps, valves, and other equipment used in the pipeline system. Pipeline Operators must be knowledgeable in the operation of pumps, valves, and other equipment used in the pipeline system. They must be able to troubleshoot and repair any problems that may arise. They must also be able to read and interpret gauges, meters, and other instruments used to measure the flow of oil and gas. Pipeline Operators must be able to work independently and as part of a team. Job Skills Required
