3+ years relevant operational experience

Strong knowledge of bank loans and credit agreements

Strong knowledge of alternative credit transactions including privately held investments, bank debt, bonds, CLO equity, and other fixed income products.

Mentor, manage and monitor and track associates’ experience

Develop and manage application process and review of candidates and create candidate bios

Coordinate candidate interviews, schedules and final selections with key managers

Seek and share manager feedback

Collaborate cross cohort development experiences and exposure with other program leads

2+ years of experience in a professional work setting
