Philanthropy Operations Manager Jobs

•Extremely detailed oriented and highly responsive with superb project management skills

•Provide systematic management for GCC onsite and virtual events

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND CHARACTERISTICS

•Strong commitment to the ethical handling and management of donor information

•Manage leadership annual gift (Grand Guardian) renewal data for frontline gift officers

•Create events and manage RSVPs in the GCC database

Tactical and strategic project management experience managing teams involved in multiple activities

Provides timely project status updates, milestones, and charts, as well as risk assessments, analysis, and key deliverables to senior management.

Manages national relationships related to the Philanthropy department (St. Baldrick’s Foundation, etc).

Conducts project progress meetings with team managers, as needed.

5-10 years of relevant business experience required

Ability to effectively manage projects from beginning to end

Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in nonprofit or project management, business operations, or membership (volunteer management) organization.

Manages, in concert with volunteers and vendors, various technology tools used by

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and/ or minimum 7 years of work experience in lieu of a degree.

Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills with great attention to detail and while meeting deadlines.

Ability to work remotely with limited supervision.

Ability to use written and verbal communication skills to easily translate data into understandable documents.
