Position: Pharmacy Network Management Specialist
·Previous customer service experience in a managed care environment.
REQUIRED 3-5 years pharmacy network experience.
·Suspend/ remove pharmacies from the network not meeting contracted and credentialing requirements.
·Manage and monitor each client network structure with the Pharmacy Network database, SNA and claims processing system.
·Understanding of URAC and CMS network requirements.

The Pharmacy Operations Specialist must also be knowledgeable about the products and services offered by the pharmacy and be able to provide excellent customer service. Detailed Job Description The Pharmacy Operations Specialist is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy. Job Qualifications
