Overview:

The Petersburg CF Program Manager is responsible for managing the Petersburg Community Foundation’s (PCF) grantmaking and program activities. This position is responsible for developing and implementing grantmaking and program strategies, managing grantmaking and program activities, and providing technical assistance to grantees.

Detailed Job Description:

The Petersburg CF Program Manager is responsible for the following:

• Developing and implementing grantmaking and program strategies that align with the mission and vision of the Petersburg Community Foundation.
• Managing grantmaking and program activities, including researching and evaluating grant proposals, conducting site visits, and monitoring grantee progress.
• Developing and managing relationships with grantees, stakeholders, and other partners.
• Providing technical assistance to grantees, including training and capacity building.
• Developing and managing program budgets and tracking program expenditures.
• Developing and managing program evaluation plans and tracking program outcomes.
• Developing and managing program communications and outreach activities.
• Developing and managing program policies and procedures.
• Representing the Petersburg Community Foundation at meetings and events.
