This includes assisting with the processing of permits, researching and responding to inquiries, and providing customer service. This includes assisting with the processing of permits, researching and responding to inquiries, and providing customer service. The Permit Technician Assistant must have a thorough understanding of the permit process, be able to interpret and apply regulations, and be able to communicate effectively with customers.
