Detailed Job Description Permanent Supportive Housing Case Managers are responsible for providing case management services to individuals and families who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. They assess the needs of clients, develop and implement plans to help them secure and maintain permanent housing, and provide advocacy and referrals to other services. They also provide support and guidance to clients in areas such as budgeting, job search, and life skills. Job Skills Required

• Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws and regulations
