Coordinate with the Talent Acquisition team on the candidate experience and act as a candidate advocate.

Knowledge of learning and development methods, colleague engagement and talent management.

Coordinating bpha learning and development programmes for manager development, role and technical skills in line with the bpha training framework.

Demonstratable knowledge and experience of working in an L&D department or role.

Support the People Development Assistant to liaise with colleagues and managers to ensure bpha is compliant with its mandatory training.

Demonstrable experience of co-ordinating L&D programmes to meet business needs and evaluating their success.
