2 years of experience in customer service or healthcare/medical office environment.

Assisting patients with HPE eligibility, discussing payment arrangement options including financial assistance information, providing price estimates.

Checks out patients in appropriate patient management system according to procedure and distributes records according to the Employer’s protocols.

Demonstrated Intermediate knowledge of PCs, word processing, and data entry

Manages dissemination of all paperwork to outside parties including non-injury paperwork, custody and control forms.

Completes processing of patient referrals including accurate checkout, paperwork processing, patient education and communication with Client Support Services as required.

One year of experience in customer service environment preferred

Scheduling new and follow-up patient appointments. -

Excellent computer skills especially in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Demonstrated ability to work successfully in a team-based, decision-making culture.

Demonstrated ability to work independently resulting in effective outcomes and on-time performance.

Must respond and follow through to requests from customers promptly.

Must work carefully and precisely with attention to detail.
